Stuffed Chicken
You ever cook something so good, you don't care if anyone else likes it? Well that's the way I felt about my spinach and Monterrey jack cheese stuffed chicken! Our little princess ate all her food while doing happy a dance and Dad asked for more. I think our little buttercup is giving me some cooking magic!
